Your Day-to-Day

  • Speak with German customers (in German) who already need us (warm leads only).

  • Build trust, upsell smartly, and close with confidence.

  • Manage your pipeline like it’s your own business.

  • Collaborate with your manager to keep levelling up.

  • Share insights that help shape our growth.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Hunt for leads.

  • Sit in endless admin loops.

  • Waste energy on “busy work.”

  • Sales experience with a track record of smashing targets.

  • You bring enthusiasm, resilience, and the hunger to succeed.

  • You’re a strong communicator who can build rapport quickly.

  • You’ve got a positive mindset and don’t give up when things get tricky.

  • You pay attention to detail and learn fast.

  • You thrive in a buzzing, supportive sales team.

  • You speak and write English and German fluently.
