What You’ll Do
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound sales
- Build, manage, and expand a book of business while strengthening existing customer relationships
- Serve as a consultative partner, diagnosing customer challenges and delivering customized logistics solutions
- Sell across multiple modes: LTL, Truckload, Parcel, and Managed Logistics
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements to maximize profitability for both customers and BlueGrace
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, pricing, and carrier teams to ensure seamless implementation and service excellence
- Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to uncover new growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of transportation or logistics sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Strong skills in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and building long-term client relationships
- Ability to identify customer pain points and deliver tailored solutions
- Highly motivated, competitive, and driven by performance-based compensation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Willingness to work on-site, full-time in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
