Job Profile Summary:
The primary objective of the Sales Executive is to help expand our business opportunities with new and existing customers while maximizing the education and value Pegasus creates for our customers. This is achieved by working as business partners with the Solutions and Operations teams.Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with smaller to mid-sized clients to increase revenue.
- Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and seeks business expansion opportunities with current clients.
- Has detailed knowledge of products and services being offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs.
- May support higher-level account managers working with larger accounts.
- May visit client locations periodically to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal.
- Provide sales quotations and respond to requests for proposals.
- Comply with the requirements of the company’s Quality Management System.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Fluent in Spanish/English both verbal and written.
- Work is closely managed.
- Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
- 1+ years of sales experience in the logistics industry.
Physical Requirements:
- Remain in a stationary/seated position for an extended period.
- Regularly required to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and other office machinery.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
- The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds.
