Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive selling BW Converting equipment.  We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are driven to succeed, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities in order to achieve sales goals.

  • Develop pre-call planning objectives and questioning strategies to ensure effective and efficient customer meetings.

  • Make effective use of Consultative Selling skills to build rapport and establish trust with existing customers and prospects.

  • Identify, capture and articulate customer needs.

  • Develop presentations and deliver persuasive communications to customers and prospects.

  • Effectively present solutions and negotiate contracts.

  • Participate in and represent the organization at trade shows, conferences and seminars; and assist with other marketing efforts as needed.

  • Regularly update and maintain the accuracy of our CRM database.

  • Maintain and enhance professional and technical knowledge through review of professional publications, establishment of professional networks, and participation in professional organizations.

  • Prepare sales reports as required and participate in a weekly sales call.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in the organization to ensure we are providing exceptional customer experiences.

  • Keep abreast of the competitive landscape, new technology, and market developments.

  • Travel extensively to cover the territory including overnight stays for scheduled customer meetings, tradeshows, training workshops, and corporate meetings.  50% + travel required.

  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrate a professional demeanor with a strong work ethic, representing Barry-Wehmiller with high integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a College or University degree; or over seven years related sales experience

  • Experience in converting equipment sales is required

  • Demonstrated track record of sales success (achievements, rankings, stats)

  • Maintain a professional demeanor that encompasses Barry Wehmiller’s core values and guiding principles

  • Reside in the US & be local to a major airport

At Barry-Wehmiller Integrated Systems, we believe in rewarding excellence, and your hard work will be duly recognized and appreciated. The compensation for this role will consist of a competitive base salary with a range between $75,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience and geographical location plus high earning potential in uncapped commissions in addition to a robust benefits package.
