We are looking for 

We are looking for an exceptional Sales Executive - Categorie Protette (L. 68/99) (m/w/d), ready to take on the most challenging but also exciting sales experience of their career.

Your role in BizAway

  • FULL CYCLE POSITION: you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to client activation. If you think cold-calling is for SDRs only, this position is not for you!
  • You will generate new meetings with potential customers using multiple outreach channels;
  • You will engage with a wide range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.) to solve their pain points;
  • You will lead negotiations with potential clients until go-live;
  • You will act as main POC with the client before the handover to Customer Success;
  • You will forecast revenue and contracts on a monthly basis, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline.

Your basic qualifications

  • You have 3+ years of successful track record selling into medium-large companies;
  • You have an excellent level of English (all the onboarding process is in English) and you are native in Italian;
  • You have strong experience in outbound prospecting, especially cold-calling;
  • “No excuses” attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else;
  • Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day;
  • Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes;
  • Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.
 

We are also interested in

  • Previous experience in SAAS Sales / Start-ups
  • Previous experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

Our offer

📄 Contract type: Permanent
🕓 Working hours: Full-time – 40h/week, from Monday to Friday
💰 Salary: Starting from the 2nd level and above with a salary range from 40K to 45K + 30-35K variable (70-80K OTE)
, in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio)

Skills Required
