    YOUR ROLE

    • You are the first point of contact for our customers, friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service

    • You impress with tailored offers and make every customer interaction a special experience

    • You handle rental agreements and customer inquiries, organised, service-oriented and always with a smile

    • You will confirm any damage with customers, ensuring they sign the necessary documents and notify the Branch Manager

    • You'll assist in refuelling vehicles, supporting efficient branch operations while representing the premium SIXT brand

    • You'll manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches, ensuring timely service

    • You'll support in preparing, cleaning, and valeting vehicles to maintain the highest standards for our customers

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Sales Mindset You love sales and are passionate about service and customer support

    • Custumer Focus You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism or sales

    • Communication You are communicative and articulate in English

    • Flexibility You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays

    • Driving Experience You hold a valid driver's licence with at least 12 months of driving experience
