As a Sales Executive Action Line  you would be responsible for: 

  • Team members will be responsible for following all production and effort based guidelines while upholding Hilton Grand Vacations values and providing excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation with a “One Team” mentality, able to work both independently and as a team player with key partners throughout the organization.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy: Understand the customer's needs
  • Honesty: Acting with sincerity and transparency, without trying to confuse the customer. 
  • Active listening: Knowing how to listen carefully to customers and understand their needs. 
  • Verbal and written communication: Transmit clear messages and use respectful language. 
  • Organization: Knowing which prospects need attention and following up when necessary. 
  • Positive attitude: Being able to develop and maintain a positive attitude, even when faced with frustrating situations. 
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: 
  • Market knowledge: Be familiar with the market in which you operate, including trends, segmentation, competitors, opportunities and challenges.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
