The Commercial Sales Excellence Manager plays a critical role in driving sales effectiveness, customer excellence, and commercial transformation across the APAC region.


About You

This position partners closely with regional Commercial leaders, Sales Operations, and Finance to standardise processes, enhance Salesforce adoption, and implement best-in-class sales methodologies that improve both business performance and customer experience.


This role reports to the Director, Commercial Operations APAC ,who is based in Singapore.

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Sales Excellence & Process Optimisation
    • Drive and implement sales excellence initiatives across APAC, ensuring process standardisation and best practices
    • Analyse sales performance metrics (pipeline, win/loss, cycle time etc.) to identify improvement opportunities
    • Refine sales methodologies to align with evolving business needs and market dynamics
  • Salesforce & Commercial Tools Leadership
    • Act as the regional Salesforce lead, driving adoption, governance, and compliance
    • Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights
    • Manage price books, product setup, and approval workflows within Salesforce
    • Partner with global Salesforce team to manage system enhancements, user support, and ongoing initiatives
  • Customer Segmentation & Go-to-Market
    • Lead customer transformation initiatives to improve overall customer experience
    • Support and enable execution of customer segmentation and go-to-market strategies
    • Partner with commercial teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
  • Cross-functional Leadership
    • Lead and support regional projects across Commercial, Technical Sales and Finance
    • Develop and execute regional deployment plans aligned with global strategies and APAC priorities
    • Optimise cross-category product allocation processes to maximise business and customer outcomes
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on commercial effectiveness and performance improvement

Location

This role is based in Biopolis, Singapore.


What You’ll have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales operation role, good business acumen & hands-on operation experience
  • Strong experience in Sales Operations / Commercial Excellence / CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and performance metrics
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and influencing across functions and regions
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Experience in CRM governance, system implementation, or transformation projects
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Proactive mindset with confidence to challenge and identify opportunities
  • High level of ownership, adaptability, and customer-centric thinking
