BPOD Latam is looking for a Sales Engineer to join a leading international digital experience company based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Mission

Provide technical pre-sales support throughout the sales cycle, helping customers design Digital Experience Platform (DXP).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sales team to understand customer business and technical  requirements.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and solution workshops.
  • Design websites using Drupal and Acquia and show how these solutions  work.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and Proof of      Value (POVs).
  • Prepare technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and solution documenttion.
  • Present solutions to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses.
  • Collaborate with Delivery, Product, and Professional Services teams.
  • Support partner enablement activities through technical training and  workshops.
  • Stay current with emerging Digital Experience, CMS, Cloud, and aI technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related  field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-Sales Engineer.
  • Experience working with enterprise CMS or Digital Experience Platforms.
  • Strong experience with Drupal.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
  • Understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud-native applications.

Additional Technology Experience 

Experience with one or more of the following:

  • Drupal / Acquia Platform / Symfony / PHP
  • Node.js / React / Java / .NET
  • Headless CMS platforms
  • Sitecore / Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) / Liferay
  • WordPress Enterprise / Magnolia CMS / Contentful / Strapi
  • GraphQL / Docker / Kubernetes / CI/CD
  • AWS / Azure.
