Balancing cutting-edge technology with competitive pricing, you’ll be the go-to person for creating concepts that not only meet but exceed expectations. As our new Sales Engineer for the PAX products, you will work in a fast evolving environment.

In this role, you’re not alone—you’ll collaborate closely with our sales managers, tackling everything from the initial pitch to sealing the deal. Next to the sales manager you will work with the PAX expert team to get the latest intel on the product. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the technical and business complexities of each project, ensuring that our proposals stand out in the market. And once the project is secured, you’ll be the bridge to our execution team, making sure that what we promise is what we deliver. 

Your responsibilities  

  • Work side-by-side with the sales manager and PAX team to craft and execute sales tactics that hit the mark. 

  • Address and resolve any commercial or tactical challenges directly with the sales manager, keeping the process smooth and on track. 

  • Oversee and coordinate all sales engineering deliverables from the very first bid to the final handover, ensuring everything is aligned and delivered on time. 

  • Bring in the right technical experts to help you create the most effective and innovative conceptual designs for our clients. 

  • Stay true to the sales strategy by taking the initiative and driving actions that align with our overall goals. 

  • Juggle multiple projects across various sales phases without missing a beat, ensuring everything moves forward seamlessly. 

  • Lead an internal support team—including procurement, planning, concept design, and controls—to ensure everyone is working towards the same vision. 

  • be part of the sales engineering team that work around the globe

  • Listen closely to customer needs, analyze their requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions. 

  • Ensure that every procedural step is followed on time, adhering strictly to our sales process checklists, so nothing falls through the cracks. 

  • Create layout for projects and tenders in AutoCAD.

Your team 

The department you will be working in, focusses PAX products that are sold globally. It is a international team with Subject matter experts, Installation specialists and project execution.

Your profile 

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, or logistics engineering. 

  • You’ve got up to 5 years of relevant work experience. 

  • You are analytical, with a knack for solving logistics challenges. 

  • You are fluent in English 

  • Willing to travel >20% of the time.
