Responsibilities
• Own and execute technical pre-onboarding and integration tasks for publishers and
demand partners, ensuring smooth and timely go-lives.
• Act as the technical counterpart to Sales, supporting partner conversations around
Ad Exchange connectivity, VAST integrations, SDKs, APIs, and bidding flows
(RTB/programmatic).
• Design, build, and optimize automation scripts and workflows using Python to
streamline onboarding and operational processes.
• Support integrations across display, video, and in-app environments, including
VAST/VPAID, server-side and client-side setups.
• Implement and manage caching strategies using Cloudflare or similar CDN
technologies.
• Use Google Developer Console and browser debugging tools to troubleshoot
integration, performance, and delivery issues.
• Perform API testing, validation, and debugging using Postman collections.• Analyze logs and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) data to identify issues
related to ads delivery, bidding, latency, and fill rates.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, QA, Engineering, Product, and AI/Data teams to
proactively resolve partner issues and optimize integrations.
• Troubleshoot both backend and frontend problems related to ads, bidding, SDKs,
and Ad Exchange connectivity, providing clear root-cause analyses.
• Document integration guides, troubleshooting playbooks, and best practices for
internal teams and external partners.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
and clients.
• Support IP-based configurations including whitelisting, access controls, and
security best practices.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or
equivalent practical experience).
• Strong understanding of AdTech fundamentals, including:
o Ad Exchanges and programmatic bidding (RTB)
o VAST/video ad integrations
o Ads delivery workflows and monetization stacks
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare or similar CDN/caching solutions.
• Practical experience using Google Developer Console and browser dev tools for
debugging.
• Experience with API testing using Postman and API collections.
• Familiarity with integrating and debugging SDKs in publisher environments.
• Experience working with logging and APM tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, Grafana,
Kibana).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across both frontend and backend systems.
• Solid analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent documentation habits.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, sales-driven
environment.Preferred Skills
