BPOD LatAm is looking for a Sales Engineer to join an important company team in Colombia.
Mission:
Provides pre-sales technical support to the sales teams of a digital company in Latin America during the sales process to achive the goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with sales staff to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare pre-sales presentations on selected company digital products and services.
- Execute POV and POC.
- Supports the preparation of product specifications and proposal materials.
- Participates in customer needs analysis and gathers technical requirements.
- Assists in coordinating internal resources and supporting pre-sales activities.
- Contributes to the creation of demand for digital solutions through research and engagement.
- Supports the Partner Enablement plan by helping organize training sessions and materials in collaboration with partners.
Qualifications:
- 5 Years college degree in system engineering/ Computer Science.
- 5 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer.
- Must have a background in networking.
- It is important to have knowledge of cloud networking, data centers, and applications.
- Preferably with knowledge of Performance digital experience.
- Fluency written and verbal communications in English.
- Preferably knowledge of Spanish.
- Knowledge of security solutions and Technologies, including: Cyber is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including being able to Interact with senior executives.
- Should have the ability to make and take responsibility for decisions on major technical issues.
