Mission:

Drive confident Enterprise buying decisions by uncovering technical realities, designing viable solutions, and leading successful technical validation (discovery, architecture, and POCs/pilots) that empower customers to become heroes with JobNimbus.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead technical qualification and discovery for Enterprise opportunities, uncovering current infrastructure, constraints, challenges, and requirements.
  • Translate discovery into a clear technical deal plan: recommended approach, risks, dependencies, and success criteria.
  • Architect and propose Enterprise-ready JobNimbus solutions, including integrations, data flows, and customized workflows that map to business outcomes.
  • Deliver compelling technical demos and presentations (diagrams, workflows, prototypes as needed) that communicate “time-to-value” clearly to technical and executive stakeholders
  • Own Enterprise POCs/Pilots end-to-end: define measurable success criteria, manage execution, and ensure outcomes align to the technical close path.
  • Partner tightly with Enterprise Account Executives and Sales Leadership to improve technical close rate, accelerate deal velocity, and increase pipeline confidence.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of the JobNimbus platform, competitive landscape, and integration ecosystem (e.g., Salesforce, ERP systems), sharing insights with the team.
  • Create and document reusable technical resources (integration guides, solution diagrams, POC templates, battle cards) that strengthen Enterprise selling and enablement.

What Makes You the Hero for This Job:

  • Experience as a Sales Engineer / Solutions Engineer / Implementation Consultant supporting mid-market or Enterprise deals.
  • Familiarity with integrations and Enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, SSO, APIs, middleware).
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where you own outcomes end-to-end.
  • Strong technical discovery skills (you know what to ask, and how to translate it into a plan).
  • Ability to design solution architectures that balance reality, speed, and outcomes.
  • Confident communicator—able to present to both technical stakeholders and executives.
  • POC/pilot leadership: you can define success, manage momentum, and deliver results.
    Strong documentation habits—your work creates leverage for others.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and engage leads with authenticity
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and accountable
