- Assess design and execution risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure that proposed solutions align with business and customer objectives.
- Collaborate with the layout engineering group to translate system concepts into detailed, functional layouts.
- Coordinate bid activities within the sales design team, ensuring deliverables, cost inputs, and documentation are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Support the pricing process by developing cost estimates and reviewing financial assumptions for accuracy and competitiveness.
- Prepare proposal documents and assist the sales manager in technical presentations, providing clear and confident communication of system concepts and trade-offs.
- Act as an internal project coordinator by supporting project managers during planning and handover, helping to align engineering, procurement, and field service activities.
- Manage multiple concurrent sales projects effectively, maintaining organized documentation and consistent communication across all stakeholders.
- Support project coordination activities during the solution development phase (up to 20% of total workload), ensuring smooth planning, documentation, and stakeholder alignment before handoff to the main Project Manager
