We are seeking an innovative and dedicated Sales Engineer to join our growing team.


·         Monitor and manage data entry for lead generation processes

·         Oversee and deliver reporting on sales pipeline and lead status

·         Manage email workflow for new client onboarding, and create follow up schedules

·         Maintain consistent check-ins with clients through project completion

·         Communicate client requests internally to ensure timely responses for meeting requests and EarthCam University class applications

·         Capture and document positive client feedback, and request permissions for marketing and PR use

·         Maintain weekly reporting for clients who use third-party software integration

·         Track positive and negative product feedback and escalate relevant issues to product management team

Requirements

Who YOU Are

·         Able to work independently and see tasks through to completion

·         Comfortable working as part of a team

·         A good communicator – both verbally and in writing.

·         Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

·         Detail-oriented and organized

·         A problem solver

Qualifications

·         Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems, Technology is preferred

·         Experience in sales and the technology field

·         Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills

·         The ability to relate technical information to nontechnical customers

·         Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
