Sales Engineer
We are seeking an Industrial Valves and Equipment Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a desire to learn our Emerson industrial valves and equipment business. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing existing accounts and providing technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing accounts by developing strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through warm leads, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Provide technical support to customers by answering questions and providing solutions to their problems.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and develop new business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or related field.
- Sales experience in the industrial or life sciences (pharmaceutical, medical devices) space.
- Interest in industrial sales of Emerson process control product line.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to meet with customers and attend industry events.
