About the opportunity

Northspyre is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. This role bridges the gap between our technical capabilities and our clients' real estate development needs. You'll work closely with our sales and customer success teams to demonstrate the value of Northspyre's platform while providing technical expertise.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Partner with the sales team to drive technical discussions and demonstrate Northspyre's value proposition to prospective clients
  • Lead technical discovery calls to understand client requirements and articulate how Northspyre can address their specific challenges
  • Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to different stakeholder groups
  • Provide technical guidance during implementation planning and proof of concept phases
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate market needs and client feedback
  • Create technical documentation and solution architectures for client implementations
  • Work with Customer Success to ensure smooth post sales hand-offs for implementation and onboarding

We are looking for people who have:

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate development, construction management, or related field
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong persuasion skills and ability to build consensus among stakeholders
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience in client-facing roles with a track record of building strong relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and stay organized. 
  • Positive team player who can effectively collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Bachelor's or masters degree in Real Estate Development, Engineering, or related field

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with real estate or construction software platforms
  • Background in solutions engineering, technical sales, or similar customer-facing technical role
  • Experience in SaaS implementations or consulting
