Job Description
1. Maintains existing sales accounts, develop new ones and assists other related department/s in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.
2. Maximize effort in developing new accounts and target markets in assigned sales areas through product presentations, seminars and trial mixes to clients.
3. Ensures customer satisfaction by regular sales calls, providing the right products at the right time and quantity and by attending to customer inquiries/complaints/problems.
4. Updates self with existing and upcoming construction projects; analyzes market information and prepares strategies, plans and sales forecasts.
5. Ensures that all accounts in her areas are secured with proper credit recommendations; gives price quotations according to the given range/limit.
6. Monitors the flow of sales operations in every customer – from sales ordering to delivery & ensuring Account Receivables & Overdues are not beyond allowable credit terms/limit.
7. Monitors collection of receivables and counter receipt of sales invoices and delivery receipts.
8. Responsible to monitor Sika products handled by respective wodistributors and customers to ensure efficient inventory management and proper storage of Sika products.
9. Adheres to the SPI established Quality and Environmental Management Systems and Quality Policy.
10. Actively participates in all SPI projects regarding quality and the environment and fully supports and acts in accordance with the company policy.

12. Ensures that the Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System is understood.
13. Ensures that all operating standards are adhered to at all times.
14. Strictly complies with company policies, systems and procedures, work rules and regulations.
15. Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of B.S. Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering,
Architecture or any four (4) year related course.
Work Experience: With at least three (3) to five (5) years of working experience in
construction or distribution industry.
Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage.
Skills: Preferably with technical selling experience and driving skills (with
valid professional driver’s license). Possesses a strong people skills, excellent communication and
negotiation skills.
