With all of this growth and new opportunities for our sales team to deliver our solution at scale to new DNSFilter customers and help our existing customers enhance their usage, we are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer who excels in providing tailored technical solutions that drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualified candidates bring enthusiasm, deep technical knowledge, a relentless drive to ensure customer satisfaction, and are naturally inquisitive problem solvers at their core.
Eligible candidates have and can work successfully in a remote environment and are familiar with working in a fast-paced hyper-growth SaaS start-up. This is a full-time remote role and is open to candidates in the United States and Canada.

Requirements:
- Current or very recent experience with all of the following:
- Native English speaker with exceptional reading, writing, and presentation skills
- 3-5 years of successful Sales Engineering Experience in a Cybersecurity SaaS organization
- Experience with DNS
- Working knowledge of Layer 3-7 networking technologies
- Ability to travel 25% of the time to tradeshows and industry events
- Can work predominantly in an EST timezone
- Experience working remotely
Bonus points for experience in the following areas:
- RMM
- Full and split tunnel VPN configurations
- Implementing REST APIs, creating custom scripts to automate processes
- SIEM solutions
- Knowledge of public cloud services (eg. Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure), terminal servers, and virtualization platforms
- Experience working with MSPs
At DNSFilter You Will:
- Prepare and deliver engaging technical presentations explaining our products to existing and prospective customers
- Engage with customers and engineers to evaluate product needs and determine requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
- Collaborate with the product team to relay customer requests and feedback
- Travel 25% of the time to participate in tradeshows and industry events

$120,000—$150,000 USD

The hiring base pay is dependent upon many factors such as level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and/or geographic location. As a fully remote company, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. and global geographic markets. We pay differently based on those defined markets.
