  • Identifying new business opportunities within machine automation, robotics, motion control, industrial software, and digitalization.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and helping customers improve machine performance, flexibility, productivity, and sustainability.
  • Managing the full sales process, including opportunity development, forecasting, negotiations, quotations, and contract discussions.
  • Preparing sales plans, maintaining CRM activities, and supporting accurate pipeline management.
  • Collaborating closely with Application Engineers, Customer Care, Product Specialists, and Marketing to deliver customer solutions.
  • Positioning B&R's automation portfolio and communicating the value it creates for customers.
  • Supporting profitable and sustainable growth in line with B&R and ABB business objectives.

Qualifications for the role

  • Degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in B2B sales, key account management, business development, or a similar customer-facing role within industrial automation, machinery, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Ability to understand technical customer needs and translate them into practical automation solutions.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and structured sales processes.
  • Interest in developing long-term customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with customers and colleagues across functions.
  • Fluent Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Denmark and occasionally across the Nordic region.
