Job Purpose
The role is responsible for driving revenue growth by combining technical expertise with strong sales capabilities. This role identifies potential customers, builds relationships, determines customer needs, recommends appropriate technical solutions, manages the full sales cycle, and ensures customer satisfaction. Responsibilities.
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities

- Conduct regular site visits, performance evaluations, and customer feedback sessions.
4. Sales Reporting & Administration

Technical Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within a technical or engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and high-value project sales.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of project management principles and strong IT proficiency, including spreadsheet analysis.
- Numerically minded with strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Full driver’s licence and valid passport, with willingness to travel for customer and site visits.
