Drive profitable growth and brand positioning in an assigned Mexican territory through technical specification and customer portfolio management. Meet sales quotas, develop and train distributors, identify projects with engineering teams and contractors, maintain CRM, provide pre-sales technical support, manage delivery and commissioning, negotiate commercial discounts within approved margins, select and validate equipment, plan visit routes, and coordinate post-sale engineering support.

Key Responsibilities
• Cumplir con la cuota de ventas y objetivos establecidos para la región asignada.
• Desarrollar y capacitar a la red de distribuidores autorizados en la zona.
• Identificar y especificar proyectos nuevos con despachos de ingeniería, contratistas y usuarios finales.
• Mantener actualizado el CRM (registro de visitas, seguimiento de cotizaciones y pronósticos de venta).
• Brindar asesoría técnica pre-venta y seguimiento al proceso de entrega y puesta en marcha.
• Definición y negociación de descuentos comerciales: Establecer y negociar condiciones comerciales competitivas dentro de los márgenes de rentabilidad autorizados por la dirección.

• Gestión de agenda y rutas: Planificar y priorizar de manera estratégica la agenda de visitas y la ruta de trabajo dentro de la zona asignada para maximizar la cobertura del mercado.
• Gestión de soporte especializado: Gestionar y coordinar el apoyo de ingeniería de producto o servicio post-venta para garantizar la satisfacción y continuidad operativa de las cuentas clave.

Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in industrial sector
- Degree in Engineering or International Trade
- Experience using and maintaining CRM (visit records, quotes, forecasts)
- Technical pre-sales advisory and equipment/system specification skills
- Experience developing and training distributor networks
- Ability to negotiate commercial discounts within authorized margins
- Project identification and engagement with engineering firms, contractors, and end users
- Planning and route/agenda management for territory coverage
- Coordinate post-sale product engineering/support to ensure customer satisfaction
