- Provide technical support and strengthen relationships with partner companies
- Propose deployment and operational strategies to maximize robot efficiency and usage
- Collect customer feedback and propose improvements to enhance satisfaction
- Provide hands-on technical assistance including PoCs, technical explanations, and product demos
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing partners and develop new partnerships
- Assess business feasibility, benefits, and risks to plan strategic partnerships
- Propose go-to-market and product introduction strategies based on a deep understanding of Bear Robotics’ solutions
- Drive technical projects through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Support executive decision-making regarding partnership continuation
- 5+ years of experience in B2B technical sales
- Ability to deliver partner-facing demos and presentations based on technical product knowledge
- Experience in business development and project execution, with strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and simply
- Strong customer focus and motivation to improve service quality
- Interest and basic knowledge in robotics, electrical/electronic/mechanical systems
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work cross-functionally
- Business-level English communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing, robotics, or autonomous vehicles (AMR/AGV)
- Foundational understanding of hardware and software systems
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and scheduling tools
