- Propose Bear Robotics products and conduct on-site evaluations (PoC) for clients in the hospitality industry
- Recommend deployment and operational methods to maximize robot efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide technical support throughout the sales process and understand customer needs
- Support robot implementation, on-site installation, technical assistance, and user training
- Collect customer feedback and propose improvements to enhance satisfaction
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners and explore new partnership opportunities
- Plan partnership strategies by evaluating feasibility, benefits, and risks
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address challenges and drive joint initiatives
- Leverage a deep understanding of Bear Robotics products and services to help shape business development strategies
- Support executive decision-making regarding partnership continuation
- 3+ years of experience in the food service industry or hospitality-related tech companies (e.g., POS systems, online food delivery platforms)
- Background in IT, industrial equipment sales, or customer support
- Strong understanding of both hardware and software (e.g., electronics, electrical systems, mechanics, robotics, autonomous systems)
- Ability to grasp and clearly explain complex technical concepts
- Highly customer-focused with a passion for delivering quality service
- Interest and enthusiasm for robotics and mechanics, with a proactive and energetic personality
- Self-motivated and capable of cross-functional collaboration
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Hands-on experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry (e.g., manager or server roles)
- Business-level English communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and strong scheduling/organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 kg (for robot transport and handling)
