MEMX is searching for a Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer role is crucial in bridging the gap between the technical team and clients, ensuring that products and services are well understood and meet clients' business requirements.
MEMX currently has a U.S. presence in these states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, & South Carolina.

What You'll Do
- Technical expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the products we offer, their functions, and how they work
- Client Interaction: Consult with MEMX clients to understand their needs
- Product demonstrations: Partner with MEMX sales team to demonstrate product functionality to clients
- Technical support: Provide technical expertise during negotiations and help clients troubleshoot issues
- Sales support: Work with the MEMX sales team to secure new business and maintain client trust
- Product Support: Work with MEMX sales and product management teams to assess new opportunities, system enhancements & additions
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with mission critical, real-time, high availability distributed software systems
- Experience with network hardware, software, and communication links
- 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering role
- Comprehensive understanding of our specific functional area
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to travel or be present at conferences
- Negotiation and social problem-solving skills

Salary: $125,000-200,000
