Responsibilities:- Adhere to the Quality and Environmental Management Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions, ensuring compliance with these systems.
 - Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all laws established by local, state, and federal agencies.
 - Regularly visit customers and prospects.
 - Compile weekly call reports on all customer visits and submit weekly expense reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
 - Prepare a weekly itinerary and forward it to the Regional Sales Manager. Maintain effective and detailed written records of all customers and reports.
 - Make product recommendations and offer additional technical assistance as needed.
 - Develop a sales budget for the assigned territory or accounts in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.
 
- 3 to 5 years of customer-facing experience in direct technical sales or applications engineering.
 - 3 to 5 years of experience in lubricants, chemicals, or mechanical equipment sales preferred.
 - Ability to travel as required by the position and territory.
 - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
 - Requirements: Strong computer skills, including Windows, MS Office, ACT, PowerPoint, and email.
 - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and be organized.
 - Ability to work as part of a team within the Klüber Group.
