Sales Engineer III  

Location - Virtual USA

 

Position Summary: 
As a Sales Engineer III, you play a key role in delivering innovative technical solutions that align with customer requirements. Your expertise in technical product aspects allows you to build strong customer relationships and deliver impactful presentations that meet complex client needs. You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver high-value solutions, leveraging technical insights and customer feedback to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Engage with senior client stakeholders to provide tailored technical solutions. 

  • Analyze client challenges and collaborate with teams to develop innovative solutions. 

  • Deliver advanced technical presentations and workshops to educate clients. 

  • Facilitate seamless collaboration between clients, sales, and technical teams. 

  • Mentor junior sales engineers, sharing technical insights and best practices. 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. 

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales engineering or a related role. 

  • Proven success in managing complex technical demonstrations and solutions. 

  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and sales engineering tools. 

  • Experience with complex technical products and integration solutions. 

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client engagements. 

  • Proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction through technical solutions. 

  • Expertise in evaluating and refining technical product offerings. 

  • Strong leadership skills in guiding cross-functional technical initiatives. 

  • In-depth understanding of industry challenges and technological advancements.
