Position summary:
As European Sales engineer at ZOLL Medical you will be a customer facing technical expert who acts as a bridge between the company technology and its customers, helping them to understand the value proposition and ensuring a smooth sales process.
You will work closely with ZOLL Medical direct sales team (hospital and EMS) and our distributors network to support ZOLL Code Data sales growth throughout the sales process. While the sales representatives are in charge all commercial aspects, as a Sales Engineer you will oversee all technical aspects.
Experience required
- Minimum 3 years experience working with Saas (software as a service)
- Solid working knowledge of network including firewall and certificates
- Experience in data-related solutions and integration of other systems
- Passion to understand technical issues and solving customer problems
- Previous matrix organisation and CRM experience
Soft skills
- Communication skills: ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to all levels of the business from the end-user to decision makers including C-level executives
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills to understand, define and offer a viable solution to customers
