What you will do:
As a Sales Engineer, you will develop and manage account portfolios by actively engaging customers and identifying opportunities to grow the Controls business. You will build strong relationships with contractors, consultants and end users to understand their requirements and recommend suitable Building Management System (BMS) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for Controls/BMS solutions.
Develop sales leads through customer visits, networking and outreach activities (including cold calls where required).
Promote BMS products and systems to design institutes, industry associations and integrators to build market awareness and drive pipeline opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long‑term engagement and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales & Business Performance
Plan and contribute to annual secured‑order strategies aligned with departmental goals, working toward achieving assigned sales targets with year‑on‑year growth expectations.
Prepare tenders and proposals for customers; participate confidently in negotiation and bidding discussions to secure orders at healthy profit levels.
Manage order follow‑through, including tracking progress and coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
Provide monthly reporting on secured orders, revenue progress and key non‑financial indicators.
Technical & Product Knowledge
Continuously strengthen knowledge of Controls/BMS products, company offerings and industry trends.
Gather market intelligence and share insights to support business decisions.
What we look for:
Diploma / Bachelor Graduates from Mechanical, Electrical engineering, with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
Self-motivated, hardworking and positive
