Your role and impact
In this role, you will actively contribute to strengthening our market position in the Brabant region. You combine technical expertise with commercial drive and act as a true partner to your customers.
Your responsibilities
· Regularly visit electricians (both existing clients and prospects) to build long-term partnerships
· Provide technical support in project preparation and quotation development
· Introduce new products and technologies and initiate commercial actions
· Actively collaborate with regional wholesalers: share market insights, customer feedback and product updates, and support sales and promotional activities
· Work closely with colleagues to effectively manage the regional customer portfolio
· Drive regional sales growth by positively influencing the entire sales process

· A solid technical foundation in electrical engineering or building automation (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience)
· Sales experience, preferably in low-voltage solutions or building automation
· A persuasive communication style and strong negotiation skills
· A results-driven and motivated mindset
· A structured and independent way of working, combined with strong team spirit
· Flexibility to occasionally host evening sessions
· Flexible to travel frequently within the Brabant region and stay closely connected to customers
