Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the sales activities within Energy Industries division. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
The work model for the role is: hybrid (#LI-hybrid)
This role is contributing to the Energy Industries Sales Team in Greece.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicating value proposition for our products and services to our customers.
- Following Division’s sales strategy and developing business based on our established base and specific financial targets.
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes (offers, solutions, cost, reports, tool updates etc.)
- Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, understanding customers needs, promoting ABB’s services, visiting customers and providing solutions.
- Coordinating with other internal teams for maintaining effective customer relationships
Qualifications for the role:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in technical sales
- University Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering will be highly appreciated
- Strong Computer literacy (MS Office ,SAP ,Salesforce etc.)
- Excellent command of English and Greek Language
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
- A collaborative approach with proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
- Ability to travel / Driver’s license (you can expect frequent business travel to customer locations mainly within Greece, but also Cyprus and ABB locations abroad)
