At Pyrotek, we deliver technical solutions and advanced materials that help shape industries across the globe. We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Engineer to join our Aluminum Division. This role is ideal for a dynamic, self-motivated professional with strong business acumen, technical aptitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Engineer, you'll be the bridge between our technical solutions and our customers’ needs. You will:
Develop and grow strategic customer relationships in the aluminum industry.
Deliver technical sales presentations and provide ongoing support and consultation.
Identify, quote, and close opportunities to expand Pyrotek’s market share.
Negotiate pricing and supply agreements, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Travel to customer sites up to 50%.
What You Bring
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or process related industry.Skills & Abilities:
Proven success in B2B technical sales or industrial solution selling.
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer value with company profitability.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
Adept at CRM systems, Microsoft Office, ERP software, and data tools like Power BI.
Highly organized, self-directed, and results-oriented.
Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a valid U.S. passport and maintain a clean driving record.
