We are hiring for a permanent contract a Sales Engagement Specialist based in Athens (Greece) to join our Sales Operation team.


Let’s talk about the role:

The primary role is to manage the Revenue product portfolio and execute on go-to-market strategies across the Emerging Markets region (Greece and Balkans, Middle East Africa and Turkey), in collaboration with the regional commercial organization.

You will work closely with upstream marketing team in understanding market and customer dynamics that generate valuable insights and help us to identify unmet needs in our markets. Key deliverables include product portfolio management, execution of new product launches and multi-channel communication, support in market trends analytics.

Let's talk about responsibilities:
 

Product Portfolio:

  • Manage in collaboration with the commercial team the regional portfolio on a country by country level, with the objective to optimize the short- and long-term business results.
  • Sustain / manage the product lifecycle of the total product portfolio to ensure continual supply and appropriate product obsolescence plans.
  • Localize new product launches in the region in collaboration with the Business leader, the commercial team and the regional marketing manager.
  • Supports Regulatory Affairs teams with filings and registrations in line with local regulatory authority guidelines.
  • Participate in EMEA Marketing and Sales meetings in order to disseminate key product and communication activities to the Emerging Markets team.

Communication:

  • Partner with the commercial team to drive branding and deliver digital communications where applicable, while providing the best tools and resources for our customers
  • Assists in the creation of localised marketing materials and content for events and activities including customer trainings in line with CMG Marketing team and strategy.
  • Maintains files, logs, records of events and activities, purchase orders and other project specific documentation.
  • Supports the planning and implementation of projects handled by individuals or teams in the department related to product marketing, marketing communication, advertising and promotion campaigns, event planning, and product promotion documents for presentation online or in marketing collateral.
  • May assist with local coordination and delivery of events including congresses, customer trainings, with travel and delivery of presentation sets, booth collateral, vendor services coordination, etc.

Support in analytics and market understanding:

  • Provide Market and Sales data and insights to the commercial team in order to support strategy implementation, sales execution and quarterly forecasting.
  • Act as the voice of the region and be the main interface to the EMEA SRC product marketing and sales team to support market and customer dynamics understanding.

Let’s talk about qualifications and experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in marketing communication and commercial sales support
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Experience working within the Medical device industry
  • Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team with complex market operations.
  • Determined, self-motivated and innovative team player.
  • Working across a complex and diverse region
  • Managing conflicting priorities and deadlines
  • Communicating with a range of stakeholders
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of products and services
  • An effective communicator who has experience in multi-channel communication.
  • Fluent English language skills are essential, preferred languages include Greek, Arabic, Turkish and Romanian.

Preferred:

  • Digital Marketing experience beneficial
