The Role

As a Sales Enablement Specialist at Kipi.Bi you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to effectively engage with prospects and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement strategies, processes, and tools to enhance the productivity and performance of our sales team. By collaborating closely with various departments, you will ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize the sales process and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales enablement role within the technology or data industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Certification in sales enablement (e.g., Certified Sales Enablement Professional) is a plus.
