Job Purpose:
This role focuses on managing administrative tasks, facilitating collaboration across departments, and maintaining accurate records, ensuring smooth and effective team operations.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Support Specialist to join our Channel Department, providing essential support to e-Business Solutions and the GDS Distribution team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Channel Department, assisting in daily workflows and maintaining team organization
- Manage and coordinate inventory reconciliation activities, serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure data accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies
- Act as a central coordinator between departments, addressing inquiries and resolving challenges efficiently
- Maintain and update Salesforce records, ensuring data accuracy and supporting lead tracking and pipeline monitoring
- Utilize Domo to generate dashboards and reports, providing insights that inform departmental strategies
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and partner enablement activities for the GDS Distribution team, ensuring successful execution
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance administrative efficiency
- Support team meetings by preparing reports and sharing insights to drive informed decision-making
Requirements:
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any equivalent relevant business knowledge
- Proven experience in administrative roles supporting sales or departmental teams.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Domo (or similar tools), with strong organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on team success
- Proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Hours of work are according to terms and conditions and subject to changes by Manager’s communication.
Travel:
This position does not require travel. Travel still may be expected under special circumstances instructed by manager.
