At QAD | Redzone, we are revolutionizing manufacturing. As the premier Connected Worker platform, we empower shop-floor teams to drive real-time productivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. While our heritage is deeply rooted in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), our fast-growing business units—including Supply Chain and the core Redzone platform—require a modern, agile tech stack and world-class commercial execution. We are expanding our Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team in Mexico to build a powerhouse function that blends cutting-edge instructional design with technical sales optimization.
Job DescriptionThe Sales Enablement Specialist bridges marketing, product, and sales — owning the programs, content, and tools that help reps close deals faster and more effectively. You'll balance hands-on program delivery with strategic content creation, instructional design, and data analysis to continuously improve the impact of enablement initiatives. You bring structure to how adult learners absorb information, and rigor to how we measure whether it sticks.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & training programs: Develop and deliver ramp-up programs for new hires and ongoing training for seasoned reps on new products or sales methodologies, applying instructional design best practices to maximize retention and transfer.
- Instructional design & content creation: Use ADDIE or SAM frameworks to design, storyboard, and produce blended learning solutions — including eLearning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and video-based content — in tools like Articulate Rise or Storyline.
- Sales content management: Build and maintain the sales playbook, pitch decks, case studies, and battlecards. Ensure reps are never working from outdated assets.
- Sales tech stack ownership: Manage day-to-day operations of the go-to-market tools — CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), sales engagement platforms (Outreach/Salesloft), LMS, and AI coaching tools.
- Performance analysis: Track and report on KPIs like Time to First Deal, Content Usage Rate, and Win Rate by segment. Apply Kirkpatrick levels 1–4 to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend curriculum improvements.
- Cross-functional liaison: Translate complex product updates from engineering into benefits-focused talk tracks and rep-facing enablement materials, including microlearning modules for fast-moving product cycles.
- Sales kick-off & events: Plan and facilitate content for SKOs, QBRs, and regional field enablement sessions; design pre- and post-event learning journeys to reinforce key messages.
