In This Role
- Support the development and execution of sales enablement programs across the organization to drive productivity, revenue growth, and consistent sales execution
- Partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to launch new programs, tools, and strategic initiatives for the sales team
- Drive clear, consistent, and timely communication of enablement strategies while reinforcing key priorities
- Define, track, and report on enablement program metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize impact
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable training programs for both internal sales teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and go-to-market strategies
- Facilitate internal training and onboarding sessions on new programs, product updates, and strategic initiatives
- Own and manage the sales content lifecycle, including creation, organization, governance, updates, version control, and archiving for accuracy and relevance
- Maintain and optimize SharePoint content for accessibility, usability, and overall increased adoption of sales resources
- Collaborate with Account Executives on key customer engagements to support successful program adoption
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks, documentation, and internal communications to ensure consistent execution
- Minimum 25% travel, in addition to 4 markets annually

The Ideal Person
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, support, or operations
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong content management and organizational skills (experience with SharePoint preferred)
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging training materials
- Minimum 25% travel, in addition to 4 markets annually
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Comfortable presenting to both internal teams and external customers
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
