We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Global Sales Enablement team. This role will design, develop, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that support onboarding, job-role transitions, and ongoing development across our five Global Sales Enablement Academies: Renewals, Inside Sales, Business Development, Commercial and Enterprise Account Executives.

The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of sales experience, instructional design expertise, and live training delivery skills. This person will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the global sales enablement curriculum, developing e-learning content, delivering instructor-led sessions, and supporting global communications across the organization.

This is a global role and requires the ability to collaborate across time zones, partner with stakeholders around the world, and maintain high-quality training programs that scale.

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Design & Content Development

· Design, develop, and update the Global Sales Enablement Track within the Sales Job Role Academies.

· Create high-quality e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Audiate, and Snagit.

· Maintain and refresh sales enablement courses throughout the year to ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned to current business needs.

· Lead the design and development of the Sales Enablement Job Role Capstone course.

Training Delivery

· Deliver global, instructor-led training (virtual and in-person) to sales teams and new hires.

· Serve as the primary instructor for:

o Welcome to Sales Enablement

o Key Players

o Discovery Master Class

o Sales Enablement Capstone (once developed)

Program & Project Management

· Manage the full lifecycle of training programs, including planning, communication, scheduling, delivery, feedback collection, and continuous improvement.

· Coordinate global enablement initiatives across multiple regions and time zones.

· Maintain structured project documentation and timelines for curriculum updates and new program launches.

Global Stakeholder Engagement

· Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and regional enablement teams to ensure alignment across programs and initiatives.

· Manage and coordinate Marketing and Sales All Hands Meetings, ensuring consistent, timely global communications.

· Serve as a subject matter expert and ambassador for the Sales Enablement function at a global level.

Required Qualifications

Experience

· 1–3 years of sales experience (inside sales, account management, sales development, renewals, or similar) is essential

· 1–3 years of instructor-led training experience, preferably in a corporate, sales, or enablement environment is essential

· Proven experience developing instructional content and e-learning modules.

Technical Skills

· Proficient with Articulate 360 and ideally Camtasia, Audiate, Snagit, and other instructional design tools.

· Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).

· Ability to create engaging video, multimedia, and interactive learning experiences.

Soft Skills

· Strong project and program management capabilities; able to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to global audiences.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

· Prior experience working in a global or matrixed organization.

· Experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or training/education roles within tech or SaaS environments.

· Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning analytics.

Salary on offer $95,000-$105,000
