What You’ll DoAs a Sales Enablement Specialist, you’ll design, deliver, and optimize training programs that power our Sales teams. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to identify skill gaps, create relevant content, and ensure programs drive tangible business outcomes.
Identify enablement needs and skill gaps across customer-facing teams
Apply the ADDIE framework to design, develop, and evaluate training content
Lead end-to-end creation and curation of learning materials in collaboration with SMEs
Track, report, and analyze program effectiveness, leveraging tools like Databricks, Highspot, Salesforce and Gong dashboards
Continuously update and improve training materials based on data and feedback
Drive adoption of GTM t tools and methodologies aligned with sales processes
Leverage AI-based tools and insights to increase the scalability and effectiveness of enablement programs
3–5 years of global enablement experience, including content development, LMS admin, and program delivery
Instructional design or training background with strong project management skills
Experience with Highspot, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce
Strong communication and facilitation skills — both verbal and written
Proficient in Google Suite and enablement platforms
Ability to analyze sales KPIs and adjust enablement strategies accordingly
Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A mindset for innovation and a passion for applying AI to improve productivity and learning impact
$110,000 – $130,000. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
