Our working model

All Chicago employees are in the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays. While our office is open 5 days a week, we allow you to choose what works best for you on Monday, Tuesday and Friday.  

Our office is in the heart of the Loop within 10 minutes of the Metra and all “EL” trains. And, we have lots (and lots) of snacks.   

 

The Role 

We are looking for a passionate and engaging Sales Enablement Specialist to equip our Sales, Client Success teams with the training and skills they need to excel.  This role is all about delivering impactful training programs, onboarding new hires, and driving continuous learning to optimise performance at every stage of the customer journey.  

You’ll work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure our revenue teams are confident, knowledgeable, and equipped with the best practices to succeed. This is a hybrid role with our office being in Chicago, IL.  

 

A Typical Day Involves 

  • Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to enhance sales skills, objection handling, and value-based selling techniques.  

  • Provide coaching on sales techniques through call observations, feedback, and pipeline reviews, reinforcing key skills and refining sales execution.  

  • Assess team performance, identify skill gaps, and collaborate with Sales and Client Success leaders to implement targeted training solutions.  

  • Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to leadership on areas for improvement and program effectiveness.   

  • Work with the Instructional Designer to refine and adapt training materials, ensuring content aligns with business and regional needs.  

  • Train teams on CRM systems, enablement tools, and automation technologies to optimize productivity.  

  • Stay up to date on product updates and go-to-market strategies, aligning training initiatives with business priorities.  

 

What You Bring 

  • 3+ years in sales enablement or training, focusing on revenue teams (Sales, Client Success, Account Management).  

  • Strong cross-functional teamwork with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.  

  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.  

  • Someone with excellent presentation and facilitation skills.  

  • You will have the ability to assess training effectiveness and provide data-driven improvements.  

  • You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The pay range for this role is: 

$ 110,000 – 120,000
