Salary Range:$67,000 USD - $80,000 USD
Specific compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Job Description:
- Support the Leader of Sales enablement to design and execute efficient sales enablement programs including
- Develop and co-ordinate annual product and sales process training programs for global GTM teams, aligning them with the company's primary growth initiatives.
- Facilitate
- Work with the Sales enablement leader to drive adoption of sales tech and improve our data analytics capability to drive sales productivity and improved sales campaigns
- Help drive CRM adoption and improvement with effective simple training and implement new functionality to help drive sales efficiency
- Help drive adoption of key providers that will improve sales processes such as Seismic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Be a champion of Seismic internally. Implement a systematic Seismic Content Organization framework, aligning pages with strategic goals to ensure easy access for the sales team and streamline the retrieval of pertinent content to share their objectives. This includes managing the Seismic relationship.
- Oversee the maintenance of global SharePoint sites, including Global and Regional GTM Onboarding, Global Sales Enablement and key Product training resources.
- Maintain Global GTM onboarding process ensuring essential onboarding steps and processes are executed and our new team members have a quality onboarding experience.
- Facilitate the Sales Enablement communications program including town halls, key updates and managing the team inbox. Support our US AIS business with sales support tasks
Skills:
- Proficiency in SharePoint customization and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Outlook).
- Proficiency in Seismic
- Proficiency in Microsoft CRM Dynamics
- Strong understanding of data concepts and experience with using excel
- Time management and organizational skills; managing multiple responsibilities and changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines.
