About the role

On a typical day, you will…

  • Training Programs - Development and Implementation

    • Create and maintain training and development programs for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
    • Develop training content, educational materials, and resources to support the adoption of strategies and tools, collaborating on the creation of playbooks.
    • Ensure teams are up to date on new products, features, and market changes.
  • Tools and Resources management

    • Implement and manage enablement tools, ensuring all teams are well-equipped to perform their roles efficiently.
    • Evaluate and recommend the current tech stack and new tools and technologies that can enhance team performance.
  • Performance Analysis and Monitoring:

    • Monitor and analyze team performance in relation to training and enablement initiatives.
    • Gather feedback and adjust training programs as necessary to meet evolving needs.
  • Development of Materials and Playbooks:

    • Create and maintain support documents, guides, and FAQs to help teams troubleshoot issues and effectively use the tools. 
  • Cross-Team Collaboration 
    • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand their needs and challenges.
    • Facilitate workshops and interactive training sessions to promote integration and alignment between departments.

What You'll Need To Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Sales Enablement, training development, or similar roles, preferably in technology and SaaS environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Enablement best practices and related tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Skilled at working collaboratively and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales platforms.

     

It's a plus if you have…

  • Certifications in Sales Enablement or related areas.
  • Experience with iPaaS platforms and system integration.
