Sales Enablement Specialist
As our Sales Enablement Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring new customer-facing employees are effectively integrated and empowered to succeed at Poka. Among many other connected responsibilities, your role will involve direct collaboration with our various departments to design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs, ensuring these programs are maintained with up-to-date content and effectively shared across our GTM teams internally, as well as with IFS Cross-Sell and Partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create, develop, and steer the successful execution of the cross-functional sales enablement programs in conjunction with Sales management, Product, Marketing, Pre-sales and IFS Enablement.
- Lead the onboarding process for new customer-facing employees focusing on training and enablement to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Develop comprehensive onboarding and continuous enablement programs and materials tailored to different roles and departments, both internally for Poka and for IFS Cross-Sell and Partners.
- Provide coaching on sales methodologies, soft skills training, sales tools and processes through the development of milestone activities.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop content / training materials and provide specialized training sessions.
- Conduct engaging training sessions to educate new hires/existing employees on platform functionalities, use cases, and best practices in the manufacturing context.
- Collaborate with IFS on training content, events and tools needed for successful onboarding and selling for Cross Sales reps, PreSales and IFS Partners.
- Partner with sales management and cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps, conduct ongoing needs assessments to enhance the overall employee experience and drive retention.
- Develop and maintain a repository of training resources, including documentation, videos, and interactive tutorials, to support continuous learning and development.
What you bring to the table:
- Proven experience in training, onboarding, or enablement roles within a SaaS or technology company, preferably in the manufacturing context.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools is a plus.
- Passion for employee development and creating positive learning experiences.
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
