What You’ll Do
• Maintain the Sales Enablement SharePoint site, ensuring content is organized, current, and easily accessible
• Support the execution of enablement programs by coordinating training sessions, creating playbooks, and assisting in onboarding activities
• Track onboarding progress and training completion for new and existing sellers, and report status to the Director of Sales Enablement
• Build and update sales tools and resources including playbooks, templates, job aids, FAQs, and process documentation
• Use Salesforce to create reports and help build dashboards for key sales metrics and enablement effectiveness
• Collaborate with the Enablement and Sales Ops teams to track performance metrics and help identify skill or knowledge gaps
• Assist in the creation of digital training content, such as videos, quick-reference guides, and eLearning modules
• Help administer and support enablement tools such as Gong, Microsoft Copilot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Cognism and Consensus, including user access, license tracking, and adoption reporting
• Curate Gong call libraries and share best-practice examples with the sales team • Coordinate logistics and materials for product-launch enablement, sales meetings, and global events
• Publish regular enablement communications (such as announcements and newsletters) so sellers know about new content and programs • Ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience for all training and enablement materials • Gather feedback from the field to continuously improve training resources and enablement content
