What you can expect
The role involves supporting the sales team by enhancing buyer interactions and creating opportunities through knowledge, skills, and resources. It is essential to understand buyer behavior and the company's go-to-market process to provide ongoing training, create content, and prepare sellers to meet business goals. Collaboration with Marketing and Sales Operations is necessary to develop and monitor content, with continuous evaluation and implementation of improved deployment methods also being part of the role.

Responsibilities

Developing and delivering end-to-end prospecting enablement for our Revenue organization with an emphasis on our XDR Org

Onboarding new XDR reps with processes, tools and execution

Assisting managers and stakeholders with breaking down high-level asks into tactical actions

Developing impactful Outreach strategy/sequences for rev org execution - Creation & Upload; Localization of material

Executing change management effectively to drive the adoption of top priorities

Measuring the success of enablement and improvements within workflow to drive and scale organizational impact

Identifying key opportunities for improvement within our current pipeline-producing workflows
What we’re looking for

Experience of combined sales and enablement background

Able to thrive and drive clarity in ambiguous situations, with adaptability and a growth mindset.

Demonstrate out of box thinking to drive organizational impact

Demonstrate willingness to consistently learn and grow from experiences to drive impact toward future initiatives

Experience working cross-functionally with operations, sales, marketing, enablement, data science and analytics teams

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Have Salesforce and Outreach knowledge
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$65 200,00
Maximum:
$158 900,00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
