In the role of Sales Enablement Specialist within the Sales Training & Development team, you will bring your expertise in sales and training to life by delivering hands-on sessions, supporting the deployment of role-specific sales playbooks, and helping our sales teams grow and develop more innovative, productive, and profitable workflows.
Your main responsibility will be to train every seller and sales leader in your region to improve their capabilities and efficiency. Additionally, you’ll work with your colleagues in the Sales Enablement team to develop training programs, tools, systems, and insights that our sales team and channel partners will use in their daily work—helping to shape the Jabra Way of Selling.

Sales Training & Development is part of the Global Sales Enablement and Channel Development team at GN/Jabra. Our ambition is to empower our sellers and sales leaders to win by developing their skills and confidence to sell our solutions in changing and challenging markets. Together, we work towards the common goal of creating sales and commercial excellence.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Train and coach sellers and sales leaders in our APAC region to build their capabilities and confidence to succeed.
Organize and facilitate in-person and virtual sessions, integrating practical skills into daily workflows.
Deploy role-specific sales playbooks to drive innovation, and increase productivity and profitability.
Adapt global sales programs to regional needs, ensuring relevance for different sales teams.
Partner with regional leaders to improve sales performance through coaching and the adoption of best practices.
Collaborate with the global enablement team to develop training content, tools, systems, and insights.
Measure impact and share insights to continuously improve enablement programs.
