The Role

In response to the increasing demands and expanding scope of our Business Development Team, we are excited to add a Sales Enablement Program Manager for our Account Executive Team. In this role you will be vital in effectively developing Account Executives at all stages of development.


What You Will Do

  • Assist in Onboarding new sellers
  •  Support Sellers in skill development
  •  Using solid Change Management principles, support changes to the sales organizations as we grow and scale
  •  Work closely with Sales leadership to collaborate developing solutions and strategy with the sales teams
  • Coach and develop sales reps and sales leaders
  • Support New Business and Upsells by encompassing our One Giving Platform by supporting the sale of the suite of products and services
  •  Help Sales Teams reach increased sales goals
  •  Ensure Sales process is instituted and followed
  • Increase sellers skills and confidence in the sales process


What You Need to Succeed

  • 3-5 years of prior work experience in Sales Enablement 
  • Former quota carrying seller or sales manager
  • Excellent ability to design and deliver content
  • Track record of developing sales talent
  • Onboarding experience

Nice to Haves But Not Required

  • Sales Methodology experience
  • Sales Coaching experience

Compensation


As this is an incentive compensation role, there is a base annual salary with on target earnings of $132,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.


Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
