At Quizlet, our mission is to help every learner achieve their outcomes in the most effective and delightful way. We’re a $1B+ learning platform used by two-thirds of U.S. high school students and half of college students, powering over 1 billion learning interactions each week.

We blend cognitive science with machine learning to personalize and enhance the learning experience for students, professionals, and lifelong learners alike. We’re energized by the potential to power more learners through multiple approaches and various tools.

Let’s Build the Future of Learning
Join us to design and deliver AI-powered learning tools that scale across the world and unlock human potential.

In this role, you will:

  • Own end-to-end sales enablement and creative strategy for pre-sales, proposals, and go-to-market readiness, ensuring Sales is equipped with compelling, insight-led narratives and custom partnership ideas
  • Design big-picture, integrated custom programs and 360° partnerships from scratch to solve advertiser objectives across media, content, sponsorships, and platform moments
  • Lead ideation and strategy for high-stakes pitches, RFPs, and proposals for top-tier and strategic accounts, balancing creative ambition with revenue and delivery realities
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Sales leadership, proactively identifying opportunities to improve win rates, deal efficiency, and partnership quality
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Measurement to translate advertiser, market, and performance insights into scalable playbooks, frameworks, standards, and training that raise the bar across the sales organization
  • Set best practices for proposal development, media planning, and custom program design, ensuring consistency and quality at scale
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, and Ad Ops to bring new ad products, packages, and narratives to market.
  • Identify systemic gaps and inefficiencies, leading initiatives to improve tools, workflows, and processes across the sales lifecycle
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on Quizlet Ads offerings, digital advertising trends, and competitive positioning

What you bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, creative strategy, integrated marketing, digital advertising, partnerships, or agency/publisher environments
  • Demonstrated ability to invent and lead custom, multi-platform programs or partnerships. Proven experience partnering with senior Sales, Account Management, and cross-functional leaders
  • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking, with the ability to connect advertiser goals, audience insights, and creative execution
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with confidence shaping narratives for both internal and external audiences
  • Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, driving initiatives from concept through execution
  • Track record of building scalable sales collateral, playbooks, and training that improve team effectiveness.
  • A mindset oriented toward challenging convention and expanding what’s possible, rather than optimizing what already exists

  • Collaborate with your manager and team to create a healthy work-life balance
  • 20 vacation days (and we expect you to take them!)
  • Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance (100% employee and 75% dependent PPO, HMO, VSP Choice)
  • Employer-sponsored 401k plan with company match
  • Access to LinkedIn Learning and other resources to support professional growth
  • Paid Family Leave, FSA, HSA, Commuter benefits, and Wellness benefits
  • 40 hours of annual paid time off to participate in volunteer programs of choice
