The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing sales enablement programs that elevate both product knowledge and sales effectiveness. This role will own the development and rollout of training initiatives, create internal and external enablement content, and ensure our sales team is equipped to effectively communicate the value of our robotics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and product training programs, including onboarding new sales hires and providing ongoing skills development.
  • Develop internal enablement content (battlecards, playbooks, sales scripts, competitive intelligence) tailored to sales team needs.
  • Create external-facing collateral (presentations, one-pagers, solution briefs).
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all customer touchpoints.
  • Track and analyze training effectiveness, adoption of enablement resources, and overall impact on sales performance.
  • Manage a library of enablement tools and resources to ensure the team has easy access to up-to-date materials.
  • Stay current on product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings to keep the sales team informed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Sales Enablement experience (preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, or hardware).
  • Strong track record of delivering engaging and effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to create clear, compelling sales content and resources.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
  • Prior engineering or technical background a plus, especially in robotics, automation, or hardware.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
