We're Looking For: 

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager with experience in driving sales effectiveness and developing training programs. You will be part of the Sales department, a team responsible for empowering our sales team with the knowledge, content, and tools they need to drive revenue growth. You will be involved in developing sales enablement strategy, creating and delivering training, and managing our sales technology stack. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in sales, sales enablement, and coaching. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a sales enablement role and 2+ years of experience in a sales role.

You Are: 

  • Strategic. You develop and execute comprehensive sales enablement strategies that align with business goals and sales objectives.

  • Collaborative. You work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, marketing, HR, and the training team to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • A Coach. You implement high-level coaching for sales reps and managers to improve the quality of our sales team and increase business initiative success.

  • Data-Driven. You utilize data from sales tools to measure effectiveness, identify performance gaps, and make decisions that improve sales productivity and performance.

  • Organized. You create, curate, and maintain a centralized repository of sales collateral and resources like presentations, battlecards, and sales plays.

You Will: 

  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new Sales hires and create ongoing training modules on topics like product knowledge and sales methodologies.

  • Manage the implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of the sales technology stack (e.g., Salesforce, DOMO, Highspot) and ensure the team is proficient in its use.

  • Conduct regular needs assessments to identify and target training and development opportunities across the sales team.

  • Measure and establish key training KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.

  • Utilize learning management systems and other tools to deliver and track training effectively.

Where You Work: 
Your work is performed as a Remote employee in Canada.

Must Have’s: 

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales enablement role or related position.

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs.

  • Experience in coaching and mentoring individuals and teams.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Drive, Slides, Docs, Gmail and Calendar) and Salesforce.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Working knowledge of data analytics.

Nice to Have’s: 

  • Bilingual in English and French

    • This role may involve interacting with customers, leaders, and colleagues in Quebec, other provinces, or internationally, some of whom may not speak French.

  • Familiarity with Notion, DOMO, Articulate suite of products, and Highspot.

  • Experience with remote training and coaching.

  • Basic knowledge of video editing.

  • Technical writing skills.

Compensation Range of

Annual Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00

(Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)
