The Sales Enablement Manager will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between sales strategy and execution. The primary focus will be to enhance the effectiveness of our sales team and increase productivity by equipping them with the necessary skills, knowledge, tools and resources. Additionally, will assist Sales Operations with certain overlapping projects.

Responsibilities

  • Craft a comprehensive approach to enhance sales team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Align sales enablement initiatives with overall sales, marketing and product strategies.
  • Translate business goals into actionable plans for the sales team
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Develop a dynamic sales playbook that outlines best practices, processes, and guidelines.
  • Ensure alignment with Radformation's value proposition and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all content to reinforce our brand messaging.
  • Take ownership of key “Account Based” sales enablement tools in use, such as custom ROI analysis and Enterprise Conversion Proposal summaries, iterate these based on the feedback of the team, and update based on new & relevant data.
  • Create and manage a repository of sales content, including presentations, case studies, and customer testimonials.
  • Develop tailored content for different buyer personas and stages of the sales funnel.
  • Design and execute an engaging Sales Boot Camp for new sales hires.
  • Design and provide ongoing education through innovative training sessions and programs.
  • Develop and execute a “Lunch and Learn” program.
  • Facilitate regular role-playing and sales practice sessions to build confidence and skills.
  • Evaluate existing sales tools, identify gaps and recommend solutions and improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Success, Support and Marketing to create external content that supports sales efforts.
  • Familiarity with additional sales enablement tools and platforms like SalesLoft or Outreach is a plus.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot and Google Suite
  • Strong understanding and proficiency in sales processes and methodologies. 
  • Strong project management experience with an attention to detail

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years experience in Sales Enablement with high growth SaaS Healthcare company
  • Proven experience in Sales Process - Value Selling
  • Experience in Radiation Oncology is a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
